In Alpha`s 4 floors factory, 1st floor is the injection workshop, with 16 injection molding machines which mainly used for the production of PB, ABS, PVC, PMMA, PBT products, and the largest machine is 330T. The 3rd floor is the extrusion workshop, with 5 single-extrusion production lines, 2 co-extrusion production lines, and the largest machine is 65 extruder, which can extrude a maximum of 400mm width plastic profile. CNC machine, Quadratic Scanners, Transmission Haze Instrument and other equipments are using to test and inspect products, so as to make accurate products to meet customer requirements.
